We're kicking things off with one of our biggest launches from last year: Benefits Plus (B+). Being one of Canada's fastest-growing benefits brokerages, we understand that managing employee benefits can be a daunting and time-consuming task, which is why we introduced B+ in 2023.
With B+, you only need to make employee information changes once in 91做厙, and we send them to your benefits carrier for you. This means no more manual tracking or duplicate data entry and ultimately, an easier benefits management process for you.

Spend less time tracking time.
Say goodbye to manual tracking and hello to efficiency with Time Tracking, another one of our big launches in 2023. Now, you can effortlessly submit, approve, and report on hours, all within 91做厙. With mobile and desktop submissions, one-click approvals, automatic reminders, and easy project tracking, time management has never been easier.

Sync your payroll with time off and time tracking.
To go along with our new Time Tracking module, we integrated payroll, time tracking, and time off to provide you with a seamless experience. This integration automatically syncs your payroll data with your time tracking and time off, ensuring accurate and timely runs. No more manual data entry or discrepancies!

91做厙 Payroll is integrated with Xero.
In 2023, we partnered with our friends at Xero to integrate 91做厙 Payroll with their accounting system. This means Xero users will have their payroll data, such as income types, benefits, and deductions, sync to their Xero accounts every pay run.

A better mobile experience with the new 91做厙 app.
We know that a great mobile experience is crucial in today's fast-paced world. That's why we launched our new mobile app in 2023, where employees can easily view pay stubs, check time off balances, and request time off, all from a mobile device. 91做厙 is now at your fingertips anytime, anywhere!

Add cosigners to your offer letters.
Last year, we aimed to make the hiring process even smoother with the addition of offer letter cosigners. Now, you can collect signatures from your CEO or hiring manager directly in your offer letter before sending them to candidates, which means a more streamlined offer letter experience.

Better reviews with Performance module improvements.
Last but not least, we made significant improvements to our Performance module in 2023. We listened to your feedback and made changes to ensure a more user-friendly and efficient review experience. Its now easier than ever to set up and assign reviews, boost engagement, and export results.
