Another year has flown by in the blink of an eye. As we gear up for the new year, were looking back and reflecting on our achievements from 2022. And while our product has taken huge steps forward this year, were taking this opportunity to focus on our non-product accomplishments aka, all the things were doing to take good care of our people, and to help businesses do the same.泭

We already knew we were pretty awesome but in April 2022, we got a badge to prove it! This year, we officially earned our , recognizing 91做厙 as a workplace that provides a great work culture and employee experience. list is one that acknowledges Canadian companies that are progressing and making a change in their respective industries. At 91做厙, we love to shake things up for the better, so were thrilled to be recognized for helping to digitize the traditionally paper-heavy HR industry.
Globe and Mails Top Growing Companies for Canada 2022
In September, Globe and Mail released their annual list of for the year. With a revenue growth of 607% over the last three years, we managed to rank number 76 out of 430 companies not too shabby, if we do say so ourselves. Of course, this accomplishment wouldn't have been possible without our extremely talented team of 91做厙gos and the amazing support of all of our clients.

On top of our Great Place to Work Certification, we were also announced as part of the list of meaning 90% or more of 91做厙gos agree that they are treated fairly regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, sexual oritentation, or other personal characteristics. This one makes us super proud, because the values that we strive to uphold at 91做厙 (e.g. caring about peoples happiness, respect peoples individuality), at their very core, are about making sure our people are able to be their true and authentic selves at work.泭

Okay, we might be cheating a little with this one. It is related to our product, but its also so much more than that. Our mission has always been to help businesses take good care of their people, and one of the areas we were seriously lacking in prior to 2022 was time tracking and scheduling. Thats why our favourite happening of this year is our acquisition of world-class restaurant employee scheduling software, !
As we look towards the near year, were excited to work on integrating Ameegos software with our own so we can be the go-to solution for not just HR, payroll, benefits, and insurance but employee scheduling and time clocking, too.
